Let's Make Sure This Is Right For You
This is for you if
It is not, if
Four phases, twelve weeks
Nothing is skipped and nothing is padded. Each phase earns the next one — which is why the invert holds when you get there.
Ground & grip
Hands, thighs, and the two grips everything else is built on. You spin before you climb, and you spin properly.
The climb
Most self-taught dancers stall here because they climb with their arms. You will not, because week four is entirely feet.
Strength to hold
The off-pole phase nobody posts about. Three weeks of core and shoulder work that decides whether the invert is safe.
Upside down
Invert, hold, exit, repeat — then film it. Week twelve is a submission, and you get it back marked.
What comes with it
All of it is included at the sale price. None of it is an upsell later.
Two camera angles
Every move filmed from the front and the side, so you can see where your hips actually are instead of guessing.
Conditioning track
A parallel strength program you run on the days you are not on the pole. No gym and no equipment beyond a mat.
Monthly form check
Upload your footage, get it back with timestamps and what to fix. This is the part that replaces a studio instructor.
Printable week plans
One page per week telling you exactly what to train and in what order. Stick it on the wall next to the pole.
The student channel
Everyone in the program, in one place, mostly posting bruises and wins. Nikki is in there on weekdays.
Lifetime access
Yours for good, including anything we re-film. Come back to week seven in two years if you want to.
Nikki Vale
Nikki opened RIOT eleven years ago in a room with two poles and a sound system that cut out. She has taught the beginner-to-invert progression roughly four hundred times since, which is the only reason it is this specific.
She teaches strength before tricks, marks every form check herself, and will tell you plainly when you are not ready for the next thing. Most students say that is the part that got them there.
They got upside down first
“Six months in I got my first invert on film. I'd been trying on my own for a year and getting nowhere near it.”
“The three weeks off the pole nearly made me quit and they were the reason it worked. My shoulders finally held me.”
“I sent in a climb I thought was fine. Came back with four timestamps and one line about my knee. Fixed it that week.”
